Stephanie has been with MAPS since 1995, serving as director of our Boston office before being named Executive Director in 2005 and CEO in 2009. She brings 29 years of experience in child welfare, adoption, and development/implementation of international aid partnerships and programs. She serves on the board of directors of the Joint Council on International Children's Services, a nationwide child advocacy organization. Stephanie's humanitarian aid travels with MAPS have taken her to Russia, India, Guatemala, Nepal, and China. A licensed clinical social worker, she is committed to the highest standards of service for MAPS programs. She and her husband live in Brookline MA. |

Peter joined MAPS in 2008. Previously, as a senior manager with Baker Newman & Noyes, he served the healthcare, non-profit, municipal and manufacturing industries. He was the CFO of a non-profit organization helping adults with physical and mental disabilities, and also worked with for-profit entities in the mortgage banking and travel industries. He has served on several non-profit boards and as a consultant to non-profit organizations undergoing operational and financial reviews. For several years, he and his wife Sophie provided foster care to teens in a transitional, semi-independent environment. Peter, Sophie and their two children live in South Portland, Maine. |

Charles Daly is the
Chief Operations Officer. He has been with MAPS since 2007, and has fifteen years experience in computers and business management. He is a certified instructor for the Residential Child Youth Care Professional Curriculum and a certified instructor in Mental Health First Aid. Charles was responsible for streamlining the communication process at Stepping Stones by creating a "virtual office" through which staff members can share information, resulting in more efficient and effective communication about client needs and programs. |
